ONLINE RETURN POLICY
You are welcome to exchange it within two weeks of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted.
You need to notify us of your intention to exchange your purchase. To do so, simply email email@example.com
Do note you must return the goods to us in their original condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified.

We will then provide you with a store credit. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.
Please note you must notify us of any damage or stain on the item within 1 day of receiving your order. We will not accept returns after this time has elapsed.

Our customers have the option of trying our items on in person and we assist them in getting the size, and the item that flatters their body best. We keep it real with you here at Modest Barbie!
We ensure our customers leave the boutique satisfied and we never pressure our customer in purchasing anything. So returns and exchanges are usually out of the question. Sometimes we allow certain returns and exchanges usually within the same day guaranteeing our customer did NOT wear our items to a party or event and came back.
