Return & Exchange Policy
At Modest Barbie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your order isn't quite the right fit, please note our policy:
Online Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit only for online orders. We do not issue refunds to the original payment
method.
• 14-Day Email Requirement: You must email info@themodestbarbie.com to initiate an exchange within 14 days of delivery. As long as your email is sent within this window, your exchange is valid. Once you email us, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
• Original Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Strict Scent & Stain Policy: To protect our customers with severe allergies, items returned with perfume, smoke, detergent odors, makeup, or pet hair will be rejected and shipped back to you.
• Damages & Defects: Any damage or stains must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Boutique Purchases: Final Sale
Because our boutique provides a personalized styling experience and the opportunity to try items on in person, all in-store purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.
