Modest Barbie was founded by an Arab – American woman who struggled to find stylish modest wear. She decided to design her own modest collection in 2018 Modest Barbie was born.

We at Modest Barbie aims to cater for women who struggle to find modest wear or want to look incredible for all special occasion. Our designs are for every woman that wish to look good and still be covered, whether that is due to beliefs or personal choice or simply because that’s their style of dressing. Our brand is to help those wanting to dress modestly on whichever level they are on and find edgy and classy clothing without having to layer by designing clothing with higher necklines, longer hemlines and longer sleeves.

We ensure all our products are made from the highest quality fabrics. Our customers are important to us, and we work hard every day to serve them better.  From the time you visit our website or store to the time a product is delivered to you, we endeavour to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

International orders take slightly longer to be delivered depending on the shipping method is used. We have no control over delays that may occur in your country.

You are welcome to exchange it within two weeks of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted.

You need to notify us of your intention to exchange your purchase. To do so, simply email info@themodestbarbie.com

Do note you must return the goods to us in their original condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified.

We will then provide you with a store credit. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

Please note you must notify us of any damage or stain on the item within 1 day of receiving your order. We will not accept returns after this time has elapsed.

BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

Our customers have the option of trying our items on in person and we assist them in getting the size, and the item that flatters their body best. We keep it real with you here at Modest Barbie!

We ensure our customers leave the boutique satisfied and we never pressure our customer in purchasing anything. So returns and exchanges are usually out of the question. Sometimes we allow certain returns and exchanges usually within the same day guaranteeing our customer did NOT wear our items to a party or event and came back.
